DSP Inc. is a spin-off company of Code For Tomorrow, an initiative by OK Taiwan from 2013 to 2014. It is a social enterprise provide training and consultancy in data-driven decision making.
- Leading a collaborative data analysis project between Department of Information Management, Taipower Company and DSP Inc. (2018.10-Present)
- Overseeing the business operation and reviewing the business plan annually with board of directors as supervisor (2016-Present)
- Lecturing and team-coaching in data science training courses for various institutions and companies, including: National Development Council, Chunghwa Telecom and Department of Journalism in National Chengchi University (2015)
Founding & Core team member, Open Knowledge Taiwan — 2014-Present
OK Taiwan is the local established group of Open Knowledge International, a global NGO focus on the open movement. As core team member of OK Taiwan, my works focus on following aspects:

- Participating regional forum and expert group meeting to share experience and knowledge
- “Innovation & Growth in the Asia-Pacific Region: The Way Forward”- An Expert Consultation in Taipei, Taiwan, Nov. 2018 (organized by Digital Asia Hub)
- Disinformation and Discourse: Rebuilding Trust in Institutions, Platforms and Civic Spaces & Summer School on Disinformation, Jakarta, Indonesia, Aug. 2018 (organized by Digital Asia Hub, Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society (Harvard University), Chatham House, Hans-Bredow-Institut (University of Hamburg), and Institute for Technology & Society of Rio de Janeiro) (With travel fellowship from Mozilla Foundation)
- Founding member of MyData Global, an organization initiated by Open Knowledge Finland for promoting human-centered approach in personal data management that combines industry need to data with digital human rights (2018)

Co-founder & Editor, Oceansays.info — 2014-Present
Oceansays.info is a community-based platform aims at sharing maritime news and knowledge to both academic and general audience. Besides contributing/editing daily updates on social media and writing monthly blog posts, my key achievements include:
- Co-hosting Fishackathon Taipei with American Institute in Taiwan, Taipei (2016 & 2018)
- Co-organizing “Sustainable Lunar New Year’s Food” (永續年夜飯) event with National Taiwan Museum (2017 & 2018)
- Giving invited talks about marine science and maritime affairs to general audience, including: Oil Spill 101 at Marine National Park Headquarter, Kaohsiung (2017) and South China Sea Arbitration and Taiwan: from Conservation Perspectivesat Fri Philo, Taipei (2016)

I was teaching assistant for following upper-level courses: Life Science Mathematics, Biological Modeling, Computer Extensive Statistics in Ecology and Biological Oceanography (the last two were taught in English).

I constructed a global database of fisheries and survey data from the stock assessment reports for meta-analysis. Also, I provided administrative assistance to foreign postdoctoral researchers and professors for relocating to Taiwan.
